Additionally, I was pleased to find that my group was accommodated in close proximity to each other, a detail that other hotels we stayed in did not consider. The convenient location next to a MTR station and a local market with affordable and delicious restaurants was a definite plus. the queen-bed room was comfortable and the bellboy services were excellent.

Excellent toilet, powerful shower head, easy water temperature control, marble bench. Comfortable pillow and spacious room. Conveniently located near restaurants and transportation. Daily room cleaning. Smooth online payment process, despite minor issue with double payment that was promised to be resolved.

The location was convenient, with quick access to public transportation systems such as MTR and bus stops. Not to mention, it was close to famous spots like Ladies market and Prince Edward mrt. the staff was nice and tried to make an effort to help the guests.

The room was not as soundproof as expected. Despite the housekeeping's efforts, noise from the television in the next room and sounds from the corridor could still be heard, making it difficult to rest peacefully.

We had a great location and easy access to the MTR, plus a variety of good restaurants within walking distance. Despite some minor issues with cleanliness and the wifi, our overall stay at Metropark Hotel Mongkok was enjoyable. we would recommend this hotel.
